‘Patient Partners’ enjoy hearty Valentine’s Day treat

In time for the celebration of Valentine’s Day on February 14, The Medical City (TMC) Iloilo treated some of its patient partners who were admitted during the said day with special gifts.

Spearheaded by the Customer Service Department, patients were able to feel the love on the very day of the hearts with the simple gifts that they have received.

TMC Iloilo Customer Service personnel went from one room to another to give the admitted patients the Valentine’s Day presents. Patients chose the love box that represents their love status – in love, moving on, and able and available – where they picked up their gifts.

“This is our simple way of making our patient partners feel special and feel the love, especially this Valentine’s Day. This is also our way of making them feel what patient partnership really means,” TMC Iloilo Customer Service Officer In-Charge Charmaine Joy Nufable said.

The Valentine’s Day Patient Partner Treat is just one of the activities that TMC Iloilo is doing as part of its “Patient Experience Program” wherein patients get to experience premium service through the hospital’s Patient Partnership Service Philosophy.
