Patient Partners ‘Feel at Home’ at TMC Iloilo
The Medical City (TMC) Iloilo gathered people from the private sector, government agencies, hotel, real estate, banking and finance, academe, non-government organizations, business groups and the media for its first ever Open House held on May 25, 2019.
Bearing the theme “Feel at Home at The Medical City Iloilo”, the said Open House event was highlighted by a hospital tour which showcased the different programs, services and facilities of The Medical City Iloilo.
During the hospital tour, the guests got to enjoy the challenges assigned in every floor of the hospital which became a venue for them to get to know more the offerings of TMC Iloilo as a hospital that carries the value of “patient partnership”.
Aside from the hospital tour, the event was also headlined with exciting raffle prizes, freebies and booths with free health and wellness services.
“This is the first time that we held an Open House here in The Medical City Iloilo and we are very happy to welcome patient partners from different industries for us to showcase what we can offer to them and to the rest of the Ilonggo community,” says Raymart Escopel, TMC Iloilo Asst. Brand Manager.
“We conceptualized an Open House event which will reflect our service philosophy thus, we came up with the theme ‘Feel at Home’ because we want our patient partners to feel that we aren’t just a place where they can go if they are sick but an abode where they can visit anytime to check on their health”, he added.
On his part, TMC Iloilo Marketing Director Prince Juliene Hermaine Celo noted that “this Open House event is not just our way of showcasing our offerings, but also a venue for us to communicate that everyone is always welcome here.”
