Throughout the years, HIV cases have been rapidly increasing in the region. In response to the call of prevention and early detection, the Human Immunodeficiency Virus Hub of the Medical City Iloilo is established to offer the first ever treatment center outside of Luzon. Patient partners are invited to be aware of their status and subsequently, are provided with detailed information for prevention and therapy. Thus, making them responsible and empowered members of the society. Significantly, patients who come in are assured of strict confidentiality and privacy.
